The four pharma majors are investing Rs 40 crore every in the target thing that is a newly incorporated limited liability partnership and hasn’t commenced any business actions, they included. Even though Sun Pharma and Cadila Healthcare explained that the Rs 40 crore is for 20% share of gain/loss at the target thing, Lupin and Torrent Pharma stated Rs 40 crore is to get as many as 20 percent shares of profit/loss in the target thing. Sun Pharma and Cadila Healthcare stated among those wholly-owned Indian subsidiaries have subscribed to venture interest in ABCD Technologies LLP.
